As I move forward with my art I will be exploring more of these issues in coming works. I love exploring new plant life and I'm working to understand how plants become extinct and or destroyed on mass by consumerism, harvesting, deforestation, and more.
I'm fascinated by the details of plants, the connection we have with them, and the loss we experience with the speed of our lives, and the destruction of the environment. I work on large scale botanical and portrait drawings which I use to explore the world around me. Having created work for public installations, gallery exhibitions, and private and public collections.
